Today we would like to introduce a custom-made pocket watch case that we have produced at our store.
This is an example of a case that we have made to fit either a movement that we sell in our store or one that a customer has brought in.
We would like to take this opportunity to show you some of the manufacturing process, so please take a look.
First, we would like to introduce a custom-made silver pocket watch case that houses a C.H. Meylan movement. The case was created using an NC milling machine to cut and produce the front and back bezels with screw specifications.
The screw portion was machined using the NC milling machine, and the case shape was further refined using a lathe.
A separately made pendant was then soldered onto the case to complete the assembly.
Below are additional examples of screw-type silver cases that we have produced.
